Policies

You must arrive on time. If you are running more than 20 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment. Being late will create a delay to the next client schedule and it is unfair for those who are on time to their appointment.

COVID-19 Specific Policies

You must wait in your car prior to your appointment and we will call you when you are allowed to enter. All customers must wear a mask upon entry of the salon. If you present with any of the symptoms related to COVID-19, have travelled out of state, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 you may not enter the salon under any circumstances.

Eyebrow Appointments

Policies

All services are non-refundable.

Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This will be credited towards your total. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give a 3 day notice.

Cancellations

You may not cancel your appointment for any reason. Cancelling your appointment will result in losing your $100 deposit.
